The jacket is constructed from soft & supple antique lambskin leather and includes a snap-down collar, two front cargo pockets with side-entry handwarmers (there's even a pen/pencil pocket hidden under the left pocket flap), stitched-down epaulets, storm flap over heavy-duty antique brass zipper, two inside chest pockets, knit cuffs and waistband, a light layer of polyester fill for a bit of added warmth, and a roomy full-cut fit. The antique lambskin leather has some very nice graining and will further distress as you wear it to give you that desirable "50 Mission" look. Full cut for a slightly oversize fit.
Details include top and side entry front pockets, underarm grommets for ventilation, snap down collar and an all season poly fiber filling. Exciting patriotic two flag embroidered and silk screened lining with other interior vintage accents. Proudly made in the U.S.A.

The Cockpit Collection is designed by Jeff Clyman, founder of Avirex Ltd. in 1975. The collection includes flight jackets that made him famous while flying Air Force fighters and vintage aircraft which are now part of The American Airpower Museum at Republic Airport in New York.
The collection spans the best of WW II flyer's jackets, styled in every detail like the originals.
