Shipping:
All photos and photo products are processed as soon as your order is received. In most cases the order ships within 48 hours (except canvas prints which take 4 business days to produce). We ship via US Postal Service and we cannot accommodate overnight ship requests simply because it takes time to produce the photo items.

We can ship internationally and frequently do so. Because many of our photos are military in nature, some countries will not allow them to pass customs. There isn't much we can do if the order is held at a foreign country's customs office. In the interest of national security we only ship to certain countries. If we cannot ship to you, we will notify you when your order is placed.

All our photos and photo products are processed by our processing lab partner, Shutterfly. All prints ship from Hayward, California and sales tax will be charged for any print mailed within California.

All prints ship without frames. Large prints ship in protected cardboard tubes and mugs are shipped with foam protection. Classicjet will send you a tracking number via e-mail for tracked shipments. Most shipments go First Class mail and are not tracked. We offer Priority Mail shipping of photo products for an additional charge; just ask when ordering.
